Brookside Pine Farms is ideally located less then 20 minutes from The Woodlands as well as 20 minutes from Kingwood. We train hunters, jumpers and equitation riders at all levels. We regularly attend national and international competitions across the country, in addition to local competitions in and near Texas. Our trainers and program are goal-oriented and we pride ourselves on developing our students to achieve their full potential and maximize their talent.

 

Berry Porter is the head trainer at Brookside Pine Farms.  During his career, Berry has developed many riders from the beginner level progressing to compete in the collegiate ranks and succeed at the top levels of equestrian competition.  Recognizing this is a sport that constantly evolves, Berry trains with some of the most respected and successful professionals in the industry, applying his skills as he personally competes at prominent venues across the country.   Results speak for themselves.  Our students have successfully competed at FEI North American Young Riders, National Junior Hunter Finals, International Hunter Derbies, Medal Finals, and Grand Prix’s.

 

At Brookside Pine Farms we also specialize in the development of top quality performance horses, and have trained and sold some of the top sport horses in the country. Horses we’ve developed and sold have gone on to win International Derbies, classes at Devon and be top qualifiers for Indoors. We take great care in matching our students with the horse(s) most suited to their goals and abilities in order to achieve maximum results in our training program.
